The smart home that keeps
working when the internet doesn't.
We design and install smart homes that live in your home — not in someone else's cloud. Lighting, heating, security, cameras and energy, all controlled locally, all working even when the broadband is down. No subscriptions. No lock-in. No one watching.

Pull the broadband cable and everything — lights, heating, cameras, automations — keeps running. Guaranteed, in writing.
No subscriptions, ever
You buy it once, you own it. No monthly fees to unlock your own front door. Our optional care plans are exactly that — optional.
Your data stays home
Camera footage, routines and usage patterns are stored on hardware in your house. Nothing is sent to third-party servers to be mined.
Why "no cloud" matters
Cloud smart-home products are rented, not owned. When the vendor changes terms, turns off servers, or starts charging, it's your house that stops working.
- Insteon (2022): the company shut its cloud overnight — customers' hubs went dark with no warning.
- Chamberlain MyQ: blocked the third-party integrations homeowners relied on, and pushed everyone into its own app.
- Premium platforms like Control4 have introduced a mandatory annual subscription just to keep using the app.
- Ring & Nest put core features — like video history — behind monthly fees that never stop.
A KeepHaus system has none of this. It's built on Home Assistant, the world's leading open-source smart-home platform: local-first by design, supported by a global community, and impossible to "discontinue" — because nobody can switch off software running in your own house.
What we install
Every system is designed around your house and your habits — not a gadget catalogue.
Lighting & heating control
Scenes, schedules and presence-aware automation that cut waste without you thinking about it. Works with the wiring you already have.
Local CCTV & security
Cameras record to a recorder in your house — no cloud uploads, no subscription to view your own footage. Sensors, alerts and presence detection included.
Energy monitoring & automation
Solar, battery and EV-charger integration with tariff automation — charge and run heavy loads when electricity is cheapest. See exactly where every kilowatt goes.
Voice assistants that stay local
Voice control that processes speech in your home, not in a data centre. Ask the house anything without telling a corporation.
Network hardening
A smart home is only as safe as its network. We segment and secure it properly as standard — most installers skip this entirely.
Handover & training
You get plain-English documentation of your system, automatic backups, and a sit-down training session. No mystery boxes.
Published prices — no "request a quote" games
Most smart-home installers won't show you a price. Here's ours. Every package starts with a free survey and a written proposal within 5 working days.

Tidy, respectful work. We treat your home like our own and leave it cleaner than we found it.
Documentation, backups and a walkthrough. You leave knowing how your house works.
